as a few of you know, I have no clue when it comes to distributorless ignition. I can do distributors (all I have ever worked with) but the distributorless thing.... I couldn't find the answers I was looking for in my research.

SO, with that said:

Lets say I have a Stock 7afe and I want to convert it over to distributorless ignition (which would be useless for the most part, but this is for the sake of understanding the process.) What would I do, and what would I need?

Any comments would be great.

Jon

on any engine where knock is becoming a problem, fine tuning the ign is a great way to make power. thers a few people on the 7th gen boards running an upgraded ignition (comes with DIS stock) because they were having some kind of trouble with F/I blowing out sparks or something (note: these are guys running gt35s and bigger and 20+ lbs of boost)

its nothing but amazing for tuning.
