I was out in the shop today and I had this idea. I thought it might be cool....
I was thinking of having some people come up, someone with a good video camera and editing skills, and doing a monster garage-style engine swap race. Basically a 24 hour straight out engine swap, like start at 7 am and it has to be done by 7 am the next day. I'm thinking something like a 3SGTE swap into an ST, including all the wiring, front mount intercooler, EVERYTHING, in 24 hours straight. Maybe have a bunch of people up to hang out and goof off, whatever. Then have someone edit the video, speed up parts of it, do some voice-over, and then put it out there on the internet. Thoughts? PS: This won't happen until late next year at the earliest. umm whats the point in doing it in 24hrs? id rather take my time and do it right, instead of having something just thrown in there.
and like dustin said, you would really have to make sure you have a full check list of parts and **** ready cause normally its something small that creates the big hold ups. -------------------- 15PSI - 30MPG - Megasquirt Tuned
