Anyone else into these ..... latino better have some answers for me lol
I mix chocolate "Ultimate Nutrition - muscle juice" w/ 18 oz of milk 55g of protein per serving - 4 servings into 18 oz 2 protein shakes a day on workout days - this sound right? anyone have any other opinions P.S. - i'm also loading on creatine monohydrate w/ tons of simple sugars - 15 mins before workout ![]() -------------------- ![]() |

If anyone has ever heard of Muscle Milk, it's what I take. You can get it at GNC for a decent price. I take that, and eat about 140 grams of protein per day.
The last two months I've gained almost 10 pounds, and I have an extremely fast metabolism. I work out 3 days a week, 50 min. at a time. I don't over do it, but I do enough.
