Ok so, I was doing speed limit in the Construction zone, and they are resurfacing the highway, and the ramps haven't been touched yet, so there's like a 2" difference between the stripped highway and the ramp, and when I went go merge to the ramp, I slammed that 2" bump and it dented both of my front rims.

Can I bitch to the city? Or what can i do.

Just curious what size were the rims and tires? 17 or 18" I posted earlier I was thinking of buying 16" or 17" wheels, but I've changed my mind since my drive to work is around 40 miles total, mixed street, and highway, but the roads in some areas aren't great. But with my 14" wheels and huge sidewalls it gives a comfortable ride, and I'll never worry about denting a rim, though admitadely 14" wheels looks pathetic.
