I finished intalling my MSD Ignition System. I used the MSD 6A box with the Blaster 2 Coil. I installed everything and got the car to start. The car will idle fine but when I give it gas or rev it, its just dies. So I then called up one of my friends that have the same thing on his Honda and told him my problem. He said that it is probably dying because of my spark plug wires. He said I have to use thick (8mm+) stranded core wires. And he said that my NGK are probably putting to much resistance. He also said it is a good idea to get iridium spark plugs, new distributor car, and rotor. So I was thinking that before I buy all of this, does anyone think something else might be the problem?

You might want to test your wires to see if they are broken. I did on my car last month and two of the wires were broken (causing my car to run like crap). Also copper spark plugs are more for performance but won’t last as long as iridium spark plugs.
