 iPod Froze...., can anyone help? |

OKay,
So me and my sister both got Video iPods for X-mas... And when we tried to load up the program to get the iPods to work, but when we hooked up, the thing just froze.... Both of em! And well... I went to the website on how to get it unfrozed and it still didnt help... Does anyone know how to unfreeze them? Im somad about this... This was all I asked for and he damn thing froze on me... O-geeze. Well i have heard by a lot of people here that have ben getting i-pods took them back to get a diff MP3 player. They say that the I-pods really are not the best. My g/f got a nano MP3 yesterday for x-mas works awsome i love it. But i have heard from like 20 people already that they have had to send there ipods in because of them freezing.
