 iPod Froze...., can anyone help? |

OKay,
So me and my sister both got Video iPods for X-mas... And when we tried to load up the program to get the iPods to work, but when we hooked up, the thing just froze.... Both of em! And well... I went to the website on how to get it unfrozed and it still didnt help... Does anyone know how to unfreeze them? Im somad about this... This was all I asked for and he damn thing froze on me... Did you connect both iPods to one comp?? Because I think it only works one iPod per comp because wen I hooked up mine...then hooked up my bro's after it froze up my bro's. Everyone else is telling me it only works like that on their comps to.
