 iPod Froze...., can anyone help? |

OKay,
So me and my sister both got Video iPods for X-mas... And when we tried to load up the program to get the iPods to work, but when we hooked up, the thing just froze.... Both of em! And well... I went to the website on how to get it unfrozed and it still didnt help... Does anyone know how to unfreeze them? Im somad about this... This was all I asked for and he damn thing froze on me... problem may have been solved already, but if not, I got a Video iPod for christmas to! Mine did the same thing when I tried to log onto my account after I had connected it. If it does that just press the middle button and menu button at the same time and hold it until it shuts off and you see the apple logo again. It works like a charm.
