 iPod Froze...., can anyone help? |

OKay,
So me and my sister both got Video iPods for X-mas... And when we tried to load up the program to get the iPods to work, but when we hooked up, the thing just froze.... Both of em! And well... I went to the website on how to get it unfrozed and it still didnt help... Does anyone know how to unfreeze them? Im somad about this... This was all I asked for and he damn thing froze on me... Are you talking about itunes? If you are, then whenever I hook my ipod up to my computer itunes usually freezes up for about a min, then starts to sync. If you're talking about the actual ipod, then just hold the middle and menu button at the same time for about 6 seconds and it should reset.
