OKay,
So me and my sister both got Video iPods for X-mas... And when we tried to load up the program to get the iPods to work, but when we hooked up, the thing just froze.... Both of em! And well... I went to the website on how to get it unfrozed and it still didnt help... Does anyone know how to unfreeze them? Im somad about this... ...make sure that you don't have the lock switch on on the top. you have no idea how many ipods i've "unfrozen" by switching the little hold button over.
If it's still frozen, and you plug it into the computer, see if it shows up as another drive under my computer (pc). if it is, right click on it, go to properties and click to format it as fat32. that may fix it. |
