How much weight can you push around in the gym ? I'm 5'6" 180lbs Bench 220lbs (last time i did it ) Squat 400lbs Leg press 900lbs -------------------- |

found my workout book ....
so this is the stuff i didn't put down in the frist post shoulders - 100-190lbs depending on the workout arms - 35-80lbs neck - 50lbs abs - no wieght just run and here is a pic to show what i look like with out the shirt on... this pic was taken right around the spring .. ![]() -------------------- |
