OKay,
So me and my sister both got Video iPods for X-mas... And when we tried to load up the program to get the iPods to work, but when we hooked up, the thing just froze.... Both of em! And well... I went to the website on how to get it unfrozed and it still didnt help... Does anyone know how to unfreeze them? Im somad about this...
