 iPod Froze...., can anyone help? |

OKay,
So me and my sister both got Video iPods for X-mas... And when we tried to load up the program to get the iPods to work, but when we hooked up, the thing just froze.... Both of em! And well... I went to the website on how to get it unfrozed and it still didnt help... Does anyone know how to unfreeze them? Im somad about this... This was all I asked for and he damn thing froze on me... I was thiunking bout getting the 60 gig just for the 3 hrs video battery life, but I have alot of stuff on my 30 already and plenty of room. I think I am just going to get the Griffin Tune Juice so I can get a lil extra battery life cuz Im a video junkie.
