 Question about climate control |

Is there a way to remove the cover of the climate control panel without removing the cables. I just want to remove the face plate of it so that I could replace the bulbs. I know you can remove the front plate just by itself.

Also, I noticed you guys changed the color of just your needles on the gauges. When I changed my bulbs to amber, everything pretty much changed to amber. How do I get the effect of the amber bulbs not blending in with the arrow cus I want to make the needles red.
