How much weight can you push around in the gym ? I'm 5'6" 180lbs Bench 220lbs (last time i did it ) Squat 400lbs Leg press 900lbs -------------------- |

5'10 170lbs (dreadfully skinny, hopefully only for another year or two though)
This is all rep weight, not max, i dont know my max. bench: 185 (a plate and a 25) leg press: 12x45 (6 plates on each side) curls: 40lb dumbbells wide grip pull downs: 130lbs squat: a plate and a 25.
