 iPod Froze...., can anyone help? |

OKay,
So me and my sister both got Video iPods for X-mas... And when we tried to load up the program to get the iPods to work, but when we hooked up, the thing just froze.... Both of em! And well... I went to the website on how to get it unfrozed and it still didnt help... Does anyone know how to unfreeze them? Im somad about this... This was all I asked for and he damn thing froze on me... Your going to need to format the Ipod. You can do this by plugging it in and going to your Ipod folder(on your PC), and finding the tool in there. If you cant find it in your Programs do a search.
