Congrats Lagos.
It's funny how it is the same for many countries. Here in Russia you need to pass technical inspection each year for it to be road legal. It's kinda hard doing that on a JDM with lights working differently and all the other little stuff. But $100 plus the right person - and you get your sticker delivered to your door
