full rebuild and upgrade Options

ok here is a list of parts and pieces i have so far that i'm goin to replace and/or upgrade and who makes it

what would you add/change/remove to/from this list
and WHY would you do so......

if you can't say WHY i don't want a post....lookin for some good reasons and so forth
(oh BTW i don't need strut bars )

yea my fronts are 8.5" wide and the rears are 9.5" wide

and fitment well thats wat offset is for....that and nothing a little bodywork couldn't help if needed

Uh oh, Dan.....I have a feeling thats how your last project got into trouble. "....nothing a little bodywork can't help....."

9.5" wide wheels are going to rub like mad, I can't see them fitting withough hitting the inside of the strut on bumps or griding against the wheelwell. I mean, not to rain on the parade here....it'll look great with deepdish wheels like that, but I think the drivability of your car will suck hardcore if you use such a wide wheel.

LOL, well in the relation to the rubbing it defenitly depends on the offset i chose, the ride height and if needed i'll have the rear fenders rolled or cut (professionally) i already know of people running 9 inch wide on the celica so hopefully the half inch won't aggrevate too much...just have to do some measuring and so forth to see how it will fit

and if i need to get a low offset/spacers and push out the rear quarter panels well then just more reason to save up and have someone make me a widebody

if i was doing a full rebuild i would replace the stabilizing bushes on number 1 arm at the hub (circled in blue) and replace the whole number 2 arm (the adjustable one ) both sides, i replaced them on mines and the difference was amazing , granted mine were shot and knocking like a bugger but if your going to put performance suspension on the car then these bushes should be replaced as the harder suspension is only going to wear them out sooner or later i found out the hard way

Here's a picy of what I'm talking about , the bush circled in blue can be replaced on its own but the one in red cant you need to buy a whole new arm (in the UK anyway )
