Hey guys, being hanging around for awhile. Let because I wasnt driving my car, but my new job requires it. Anyways my car has been vibrating recently. And when I mean vibrate I mean hard. it doesnt really vibrate say up to 40mph but after that it gets worse and worse. I have had a balance and an alignment, so its not those things. My guess was CV joint but I wanted your guys' take on it. THanks

i think if it where motor mounts you would feel a vibration when ideling too, not as serious as when your going over 40 but a vibration none the less. Is it so bad that your steeting wheel is jerking left & right cause thats definatly a tire problem in my opinion.
my car used to vibrate and it was actually a part of my clutch "the fork arm piece" that was going bad. good luck, -brandon This post has been edited by Redline_Racer: Dec 30, 2005 - 2:41 PM -------------------- ![]() |
