 Speeding Ticket, ticket @ 17 |

i have a few questions how many people have gotten tickets under the age of 18 and in court are you allowed to fight the ticket or do you have to be over 18 to be allowed to fight tickets. because i have herd that if there is a little error the ticket can be thrown out. and on mine he wrote the wrong number of lanes on it. and because i am under 18 is there a way for me to still push the court date back.

My first was 45 in a 35 that was reduced to 40 in a 35 and it cost $72
my second was 45 in a 10 and it cost $490 reduced to $275 and got it pbj'ed My last one was 68 in a 50 and it was a construction zone but I got a lawyer and it went to expired tabs and cost me a total of $400 but it was way worth it cuz my insurance would kill me! tj |
