Hay does anyone know of a wire connected to the air bag deployment system, I would like to set up an alarm/siren that would go off when the air bag is deployed, so basicly I want to connect into a wire that gets a signal only once a crash has occured.
would it be easyer to connect into a sernser for the system, rather then a deployment wire? -------------------- ![]() |

i would leave all the wire alone.
The only safe way to tap a power signal, is from the light in the cluster for the air bag light. I know the light stays on when the air bag deploys. But you will need to find a way to bypass the light when you intial start the car and all the check lights turn on. |
