Hay does anyone know of a wire connected to the air bag deployment system, I would like to set up an alarm/siren that would go off when the air bag is deployed, so basicly I want to connect into a wire that gets a signal only once a crash has occured.
would it be easyer to connect into a sernser for the system, rather then a deployment wire? -------------------- ![]() |

yeah but I woudl have to find a way to wire it so that it would go off even if the alarm is not active.
Tho whole idea behind an alarm going off in the event of a crash big enough to blow the air bags is because I drive to a lot of weird places for work, and at all hours of the day, I'm thinking that if its in the middle of the night, on a not so popular road the chances of other people being there to see it/ help are low, but If I have an alarm going off drivers by who may not beable to see the car or whatever would hear the alarm and call it in or stop to see what it is. also it would be connected to a switch in the dash so I can turn it off right away if I'm ok. -------------------- ![]() |
