Ive nearly finished all the engone mods for my gt4. the transformation is quite amusing. From disgusting stock engine bay to shiny lol. now for external mods.......

its the shortest route. It never gets hot with the heat shielding

My intake pipe takes a similar route. People have to remember that the air is moving EXTREMELY fast through that intercooler pipe when the car is running. Even if the pipe gets warm, its not enough to materially change the air temperature except possibly at idle...and then who cares?

i know your trying to do the right thing for your motor, but this is one of those times where you should just trust the guys who have had their swaps for a while and have done a ton of research into this.
