so. driving home from work... slow on the freeway as usual, nothing wrong though, all of a sudden this guy in this little ford ranger, slams on his breaks. i swearve to try to miss him, but i clip it with my front driver side. it would have been alot worse if i didnt swearve, its all cosmetic damage... now i have a reason for that carbon fiber hood huh?

its "my fault" cuz i rear ended him, but if there was a camera, its his fault cuz he slammed on his brakes literally for no reason. but whateveri take blame, and its my fault. and arizona drivers are assholes and no people stopped that witnessed it.
cops came. i got all his info, i have insurance, but heres a problem... its still my brothers call technically, actually i was goign to the DMV to make it mine tommorow morning. he signed the papers and stuff, to make it mine, but its still insured under him. i have insurance on my other celica (93 gt) but it was just liabillity. so... yeah. yeah i have a police report too.
