Just got my allighment done at PepBoys and the car still pulls to the left. I mean it was worse before because before it would pull to the left at any speeds. Now its fine up to 50-55mph but its pretty ****ty on high way. If I dont adjust it at 75mph I'll be in a ditch in a two seconds. So what do you think? Should I go back and get it redone?

- i agree some what - the pads were half full - it wasn't completely gone -it was a 2 year old civic at the time - first pad replacement ever done - just the gf complained about squeaking noise - so i had her take it in for performance pads with less squeaking - my personal experience when i took my car in for an alignment was shocking - the celica was lowered so they drove it onto the lifter with no problem, but when they tried driving off - it got stuck to a middle piece - only reason why i noticed was - sitting in the waiting room i heard 2 lound bangs - when i looke up - i saw that it was coming from my car - apparently the carriage was getting stuck to the middle piece of the lifter due to the car being lowered - instead of getting a jack to lift it up part way - they kept on raming it two more time - on the second bang - i looked out as they now noticed that i was paying attention to what they were doing to my car -- then they stopped and looked concerned as if i was gonna sue them - one of the tech guys took a block of wood to help the lift support and my car finally came out -- i personally went down to look at it afterwards and only noticed some scratched to the carriage frame - so i just thought this will be the last time i have them service my car - This post has been edited by celicarus: Jan 8, 2006 - 8:31 PM |
