Right now I'm typing this response, talking to 2 people on aim, in an aim chat room, and checking my email all at the same time on my sidekick. I love this thing. No need to connect to any WAP browser. Unlimited Data is constant-on like dsl cept its slow like 56k. (Just need to have regular phone reception). Also people can call without getting a busy (happened a lot when I use verizon's WAP), and when I hang up a call, I can resume everything where I left off without having to dial back into the service.
