 BOV... Whoosh! Good or bad??, wats up with PSI? |

I've heard that highly tuned cars with Turbos do not make that Huge WHOOOSH Sound cause it takes away all that pressure from the engine. But the way I see it, most people with Turbos tend to install that BOV and make that whoosh sound to let other people know that they got turbos. I mean with the BOV its like a leak in the system where the pressure entering the system drops, but at the same time its meant to protect the system from over boosting and damage. The way I see it, Highly tuned cars do not make that Whoosh cause the user adjusts it enough to make high end power, but at the same time with low end waste of that power. What do you guys think?

Eh, many different ways to skin a cat. I'll leave it at that. The CAI was a gift and I'm not ditching it
 Plus it looks nice, and we don't have flooding/standing water problems _at_all_ where I live.
