I need your help i was wondering what will turn out better in HP and financial wise. Rebuilding a 5S-FE engine on a 95 celica GT or swapping it for a 3SGTE

financially doing the 5sfe, would be the cheapest probably to just get a low mileage one from a junkyard since there's a million of them out there.
better HP in all cases would be the 3sgte -------------------- 1999 Celica GT
