I have always used the OEM plugs on my swap and haven't had problems until getting the new turbo. I have been getting timing retard fairly regularly. I am considering colder plugs and potentially water injection. I really like the longevity of the OEM plugs though.

Are you other 3s swappers using OEM plugs? Have you had timing retard issues?

i know your trying to do the right thing for your motor, but this is one of those times where you should just trust the guys who have had their swaps for a while and have done a ton of research into this.
