I put on a throttle body spacer today and it is making the throttle cable extend, where do I adjust the slack on the cable?

its a spacer... it wont give you any more power. something like a larger throttle body could, but not something thats just a spacer.

I know that larger throttle bodies are said to help, but I don't understand how when it just funels down soon after. I thought maybe a spacer would help flow.
