hey guys my work is putting this olevia 26" lcd tv on sale and i wanted to know if i should buy this thing for my computer monitor, it has 8ms so i think that gaming (and i play lots of CS) shouldnt be a problem but just wanted to know if anyone is using this one or has thought as to why i should/shouln't get this one or if i should wait and just upgrade to a 19" lcd of somthing better. by the way im getting the tv for like $550 after rebates with 4 yrs of service included through my work.

you gotta get more specs on it before you buy tho, because lcd tv's are usually made for tv viewing, not usually great for computers. For starters, find out the native resolution of the lcd tv.. if it's 800x600 or something small, you'll cry if you try to use it as a computer monitor.
Get a model # and post it here and it'll be pretty easy to tell how good it is. |
