 Water noise |

When i start out in my car driving down the road I hear this water noise coming from the right side of the front of the car. What is this noise and what does it mean?
also ive noticed that when its raining and im breaking that my wheels shakes and I hear a noise. I think its the rotors but why would it only do this in the rain? is it time for new ones? oh talked to my dad - he failed to inform me my break pads are half way worn and they are not seeding all the way across the rotor.
my dad said its not the heater core! hmm i hate having a old deaf guy for a dad (note - hes an awesome dad though) cuz he can never hear what im talking about when i complain about a weird noise! lol -------------------- Cruisin down the street in my Infiniti...always lookin for my next trip to Sin City
