I've heard of those things you can get to put on cars to messure how fast they are going, when and how hard the car is braking, amoungst other things. Anyone heard of these and/or know were I could get one? I've got a friend who's brother just totalled his PT Cruiser turbo, and her parents want to try and keep him from speeding. I told her, "If you don't want him to speed anymore, get him an ST Celica." lol. I'm just kidding. But they would like to put something on his car to govern it or moniter his driving. Any tips?
