changing fog light bulbs, 94-95 OEM fog lights

I hope I don't need to take off the bumper. Also, H3 bulbs have that wire too. I dont think there is enough room for my hands to fit to replace them. Also replacing these bulbs should be easy for even regular people just like the rest of the bulbs on the car are easy to replace. I know the 94 fogs have this wide metal bracket that surrounds almost the whole back of the fog. Lemme go take a look. Thanks for the help.
