 buying parts from other countries? |

my moms going back home in a week and i was wondering if it would be cheaper to buy parts like tail/head lights there?or would it be just the same? i want her to get it from the actual toyota dealler and just give her the part numbers though. i wouldnt trust after market stuff from the philippines. any suggestions

how much is shipping?
I wish I could do better on shipping, however I can't change the form of shipping my supplier uses - TNT Express isn't exactly cheap, and it's quite nasty on customs over here in Aus...  + there's 15% customs tax, + brokerage fees, + 10% GST on top of EVERYTHING. Sucks buying parts here. At the end of the day, you could be paying well over double the advertised price of an item from overseas... *sigh* maybe I should move to the US... but then I wouldn't have my ST205
