Hi, someone is trying to sell me one for $200, and he said it has about 40,000 miles on it and he said its from Japan,
Would this be easy to put in my 94 ST? is this a good deal? -------------------- ![]() |

I suppose it depends on what you are trying to build - if it's going to be a street car, then torque is going to be quite useful unless you want to keep shifting gears. You can get away without torque, but you'll be shifting gears all day to stay in your peak power band.

QUOTE(tangcla @ Jan 25, 2006 - 3:10 AM) I suppose it depends on what you are trying to build - if it's going to be a street car, then torque is going to be quite useful unless you want to keep shifting gears. You can get away without torque, but you'll be shifting gears all day to stay in your peak power band. It's a matter of taste. You can't have the best of both worlds if you're gonna go with an n/a horsepower 4 cylinder engine. It's merely prefrence when people make arguements like you have right now... so hey... if that's what you like... more power to ya... but some people are fine with shifting gears and pushing an engine into the higher rpms. Just because it's not your thing... that hardly justifies it being bad or wrong... it's just not your thing. -------------------- "It's ok to be naked girl... I'm an artist!"
