Ok if someone wanted a six speed to go with the 7AFE what would be the trans to use and what would be the parts needed to convert? I have heard that there is a 4AGE transmission that will fit but it is so hard to find or just expensive. Mainly what clutch and flywhel combo would you go with and what axles would fit.

well from reading this could it be done trying to fit a 6sp tranny from the blacktop fitting it into the modded 7afe?? can it happen! well it be a straight bolt on?? or is there some stuff needs to be change in order to fit it on to the 7afe...
it would be darn great! if it does bolt on to the 7afe
