hey guys
i just received my 2 alpine type R 10" 4ohm subs today, and i would like to know how can i wire them into a 2 ohm load. both with one jumpering the terminals and using 2 subs off 1 amp. is it possible the guide they sent me with them has only a 4 ohm loan and a 1 ohm load? and if not possible, can u make it a 1 ohm load when the amp does not have a 1 ohm setting? or am i just on crack all together>? -------------------- ![]() |

Sounds like you have two SVC subs at 4 ohms each. If that's the case you'd need to wire them up in parallel and run your amp bridged.
