Has anyone ever used something like this? If so how hard would they be to put in and relative cost compared to that auction?

I also urithaned my mounts and it helped. I'll take a look at the bushings tomorrow to see if that could be part of my problem. I bought a short shifter to try and help shifting as well.

Which shifter did you get? The TRD one I got made shifting a bit "notchier".

i know your trying to do the right thing for your motor, but this is one of those times where you should just trust the guys who have had their swaps for a while and have done a ton of research into this.
