Need some women/relationship input. Options

Ok.. well here it goes..

I have been well.. Hanging out with this girl for .. well sence begining of december.. I kinda like her.. Shes really cute, fun to hang out with, enjoys enough of the same stuff for us to do anything, She always makes me smile and we just have fun being togeather and well.. basicly what im looking for in a girl.

Now getting into more of the problem.. not so much problem, but the negitives.. We work togeather, she dated a guy we work with for about a month or so, and she has tons of guys after her. And shes only 17, will be 18 in one month.

Its not so much a problem, but I dont know what I want.. She really wants a relationship, I dont know what I want. I know she likes me a lot.. so basicly its up to me.. We kiss all the time we hang out we hug .. will hold hands.. and.. well i told her i wanted to keep work work and our personal lives out of it, shes ok with that.

I just dont know what to do. I dont know if i want a relationship, or what to be "tied down" Im not a man whore, and im not just looking to go out and get laid.. so thats not an issue..

I think its more the fact that I know, there are like 5-6 other girls that want me.. and really like me too.

Ok thats enough, any input would help.. Just looking to get others opions on the whole thing..

Out of all of those girls that like you, which one of them can you actually hang out with alone and be yourselves? Which one are you able to just talk with? Which one do you think makes you a better person?

Just a few questions that should be asked..
