Finally after months of work, i got the 3s to breathe this weekend. There are still a few things here and there that need to be taken care of but at least i know the engine works. Any one in so cal know where i can smog? biggrin.gif Anyway, once im not so busy wraping things up with the swap and when i get an actual test drive ill put up a list of what parts i used.

nice, congrats on the startup, and good luck with the under-da-table smog.

I wonder how bad the emitions are on a jdm 3s, i mean they cant really be that bad, i've drove behind some trucks that dump thick black smoke all over the place yet there legal.

if i remember, jdm engines actually follow stricter (if thats a word) emissions standards. ive heard it will pass tailpipe tests but will fail a visual inspection because it lacks an EGR system. i might be wrong though. ya i wonder to how some of those trucks are legal...

I think Bigfoot is blurry, that's the problem. It's not the photographer's fault. Bigfoot is blurry. And that's extra scary to me, because there's a large, out-of-focus monster roaming the countryside.
