Do you find strippers offensive?? Options

Ok, so my 19th b-day is comin up a week tomorrow (sweet) and 19 is the legal drinking age in ontario (double sweet). Any ways..my friends from work usually go out on thursday nights for socail events. Any ways, since its my b-day, my friends wanna take me out to this place called Whiskey A-Go-Go's..its like a famous strip club in Toronto. Any ways, they wanna take me out and they said invite any of my other friends. So i called up my college buddies, and some of the guys i used 2 work with. Every one said they would come except 1 guy. He says that "Strippers are so offencive and that if he wanted to see a naked women, he would rather see them in private then on a stage." This guy is pretty weird non the less though. We got him to wear a snowmobile helmet at the auto parts counter for 4 hours straight. He didnt see any thing wrong with it. Any ways, for every one out there, the main question

Do you take offence to strippers?? And if so, why??

my $0.02, if they wanna get paid a good amount of $ to take their clothes off infront of a bunch of drunk guys, go for it. Its their choise and maybe the only way 2 make $ for them.

There is nothing wrong with strippers in my book. My ex girlfriend of 5 years was/is a stripper. Perfectly respectable girl but she did it to make money and that was it. It helped her through college and to buy her first flat. Like she said, the guys are there to look but cant touch. I see her often and she is still the same. And i must admit, that it was always good going to where she worked, and seeing all my friends amazed that she was leaving with me - yee ha !

I do know that in certain places some of the girls are pretty rough, but if you go to a decent place you'll see pretty girls dancing which to me isnt offensive in any way.
