This question is about the throttle cable switching from the 7a to the smallport 4A-ge that i just picked up

the throttle from the 7a is on the opposite side of the 4a so i was just wondering how you get the cable to the other side. Thanks


and if you can post pictures of your 4a that would be helpfull.

o and will the power stearing pump from my st bolt up to the 4a?

Not directly. You cannot run the 7A ecu without modifying it (look up posts by a member named toyotaspeed_90)... and the ingition systems between the 7A and 4AGE are vastly different.
