Problems with celica3sgte, I Felt this should be known Options

I bought a bunch of parts from you a few months back. You said that your grandmother was in charge of sending them out. My parts were never shipped and you took my $80. I've been pm'ing you on the celica forums but you shut off that feature. If you don't refund my money then I'll have no option but to pay you a visit. You'll be saying RIP to your other celica as well. I'll be seeing family up there and the 2 hour trip itsn't that far out of the way. It'll be more that worth the loss of my $80 if you don't refund it.

I thought I would Post this into response into gettin this very threating email, so it would at least be known, as well as I wanted to state all the facts.

1. Yes my grandmother was in charge of all shipping, because I work nights and sleep during the day, I had a few other shipping problems that were settled.

2. I never took your 80$ all the money I have ever gotten is still in paypal, It still hasnt been cashed to this day.

3. It is true that my PM's are disabled on this board and many others because I do not have time for them. Althought I do clearly have it listed my AIM contact which is online alot, and also my Email address which is the same one you emailed me today at.

4. A few months back? If this is true why wait a "few" months to contact me, I know you at least had 3 ways of contacting me, AIM, Email, and a personal letter. Also you could have contacted paypal for a complete refund. Also in some of the threads I have posted you never posted a response "contact me" and also If you read my post about my red 96 celica, why didnt you post contact me?

5. I do not take kindly to threats and If I receieve another I will be contacting my legal adviser.

6. You have 2 choices,

I. Send me a email describing all the parts, your address, and I will personaly see to it that they go out tommrow January 30th, 2006.

II. Contact paypal and have them refund your money, I gurantee its still there.
