QUOTE(southwest2118 @ Feb 5, 2006 - 2:34 PM) whats the correct map sensor for a 7AFE? is it plug and play? with check valves won't you have a leak when boosting or is it so minimal performance is not effected? im guessing you could just use a 3sgte map sensor like the 5sfe guys do... but i never worked on an ST, so maybe somone else can privide info on that. a check valve, is a valve that opens one way but not the other. the idea is that it will let your car see vac but not boost. seeing as how the motor relies on the map sensor for all its fuling calculation, fooling it with a valve is a bad idea. -------------------- 15PSI - 30MPG - Megasquirt Tuned
