Planning on painting my valve cover black. Has anyone done it? I want to see what it would look like before i do it. Also any pointers would be appreciated. Thanks!

 black with green letters. i touched it up a lot after this, smoothed out the letters, fixed that missing chunk, took off the water spots. i havent installed this yet so i dont know how it will work out. but i baked it at 500 degrees for 5 minutes and you're lookin at how it came out. -------------------- Sometimes we live to beat the odds.
