 5s pacesetter headers |

So, im gettin me a set of pacesetter headers tomorrow from Matt (96c-onevert), and i was lookin at the pics of it that he sent me..and im tryin 2 figure this out. Will it bolt straight up to the oem cat?? I know the O2 sensor bung is in the right spot.

the motor is the exact same as the USDM ones except for Cali cuz they have the more strick emssion laws.
pic of me holding the header..theres about 2 more inches below my hand..ie the collector.
