ok, so i know, im gonna sound dumb, and dont make fun of me for askin.... im a car chic, but i dont know much about the eletrical part of things... so anyways, i need to get new turn signals for my car FAST, cuz it isnt inspected... and cant be without them. So i was thinkin bout getting clear side marker lenses or bumper lenses or whatever they are called for some random car, will that work? i mean can i still hook it up to my turn signal? cuz its only the lens right, and the bulb should fit in it right?
help me out here guys and gals, i really dont need a ticket right now! thanks |

uhm. I don't know if any old turns will work. They would have to be the same amp. bulb. Check out the page coomer set up which says what type of bulb has to be in the turn signal. I'd find a bulb like that at a car parts store, and a socket if you need that too, tape it in, then cover the hole with yellow plastic. Or just buy a turn signal off of procarparts.com if you have a few days, that way you ain't waisting the time and money.
