So, im gettin me a set of pacesetter headers tomorrow from Matt (96c-onevert), and i was lookin at the pics of it that he sent me..and im tryin 2 figure this out. Will it bolt straight up to the oem cat?? I know the O2 sensor bung is in the right spot.

It bolts up to the flex-pipe. It's not that big. Its big enough. The stock exhaust manifold and cat isn't that big. I ment to bolt to the flex pipe. I must admit, it's bigger than I thought.
