hey i got question about 3sge and 3sgte,
will i run out of oil and it mess up my rob bearing and main bearing, it making noise like knocking, but "What iF i put 3sgte low compressure after market piston and rod into the 3sge block can that able to work, is that gonna have any problem with the block and does the compressure make any difference, or gonna be the same.. i haven't done anything like this put 3sgte piston into 3sge block,.. how about the head of 3sge, can i still use the 3rd 3sge head on the 3sge block but with 3sgte after market pitson and rod, will that change the compressure...can any get me the information of that.. aright thank..[b] |

As Supersprynt said, they will fit, but pointless without a turbo. I'm guessing thats what your going for?
I have 3SGTE pistons in my 3rd gen 3SGE motor without any problems. No worries about valve clearance. BTW - The 3SGE's rods, crank, and bearings are the same as the 3SGTE. The heads are virtually the same too. -------------------- Scott
